Our role is to make certain that each of our migrant students is afforded the necessary tools to become successful in the classroom.  We focus on the unmet needs of migrant children by providing them with supplemental instructional services. As migrant strategists, we work closely with teachers and other school staff to make sure students are getting the help and extra support that they need. Working closely with the parents is essential to meeting student needs and assisting them with instructional support services is rewarding for the parents, the students, and us too.  Monitoring the students closely in regards to credits and EOC exams is a critical part of our role.  Collecting individual data on each student helps us plan their services and keeps us on target with their progress and needs. We also work closely with our migrant counselors and social worker.
