The Harlingen CISD Clothing Closet is a resource available to HCISD students and their families. The Clothing Closet is located at the Parental Involvement/Dropout Prevention Office at 905 E. Tyler. The Clothing Closet is a service program supported by the generous donations from local businesses, community members and HCISD staff. Gently used clothing, school supplies and other miscellaneous itemes are available for families.

Any student/family enrolled in Harlingen CISD.
Do I need a referral?
No, but a family will have to fill out the HEROES form upon arriving at the Parental Invovlement Office.
What time is the Clothing Closet Open?
The Clothing Closet is open during the school year, Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Clothing Closet is closed on school holidays.
How many times can a family visit the clothing closet?
Familes may visit the Clothing Closet twice during the school year. (One time per semester.)
Is there a limit on items available for each family member?
Each family member can have 5 tops and 5 bottoms.
Other items that may be available include: 5 pairs of new socks per family member
5 new underwear per family member
2 sweatshirts or sweaters per family member
1 coat and 1 jacket per family member
1 pair of gently used shoes per family member
