    Parents and Cadets,

Air Force JROTC program provides cadets with an opportunity to earn college credit hours.  A few years ago, Air Force JROTC Headquarters and Adams State University, located in Colorado Springs, CO, began collaborating to look for ways to enable cadets to earn college credit courses based on our SACS accredited curriculum.  From this venture, Adams State University created a program from which our cadets could benefit greatly by simply completing our courses and after registering with the university, could enroll and receive credits from a number of leadership based courses.   These courses can easily be used in any college programs to fill in elective courses requirements.  By the way, transferability of such courses is accepted by 99.7% of all accredited colleges and universities.  The link below provides more detail information related to the process involved.  The fees mentioned for each credit hour is well below the average resident tuition cost at most academic institutions.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
