The Human Resources section of HCISD.org is designed to keep you informed of job opportunities within our district and act as an on-line informational employment guide for current district employees. Harlingen is a great city to live in. The city is located minutes away from South Padre Island and the Mexican border and is surrounded by many educational institutions such as the University of Texas Pan American - Edinburg, University of Texas - Brownsville, Texas State Technical College - Harlingen, and South Texas College - McAllen/Weslaco.
