Hello. I am Rose De Leon. I have taught for 27 years with the Harlingen School District. Most of them have been with Stuart Place Elementary. I have taught first, second and third grades. It has been so rewarding being a teacher as I see children grow, succeed and become life long learners.

Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
