Hello. My name is Mrs. Camille Cavazos. I was born and raised in Raymondville, Texas to Steve and Rebecca Salinas. I am the fourteenth out of sixteen children, 11girls and 5 boys!!! I attended Pittman Elementary, Myra Green Middle School, and graduated with my diploma from Raymondville High School in May of 1992. After high school, I attended Texas A&M University-Kingsville in Kingsville, Texas from January 1993 through December 1997. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in December of 1997. Most recently in December 2016, I graduated with my Masters in Educational Administration, and I'm currently working on my Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Texas A&M University- Kingsville. I was fortunate to have my first teaching experience at my alma mater, Pittman Elementary, for 7 years in Raymondville, Texas. There, I taught Kindergarten and Second Grade. In 2005, I married and moved to Harlingen, Texas and was hired to teach at Crockett Elementary. At Crockett Elementary, I taught 1st grade, 2nd grade, 5th grade, and 4th grade. I'm presently a proud Ranger at Long Elementary where I have taught 3rd grade and currently teach 4th grade. Teaching is my passion, and it is my promise to you (district, campus, parents, and students) to give you 110% everyday. We will work TOGETHER, everyday, to be GREAT! One team, one goal!!
