ACE Program Daily Schedule

Monday- Friday

Morning Session (Cafeteria):

6:45-7:30am Breakfast Club

Afterschool Session:

3:38pm Dismissal Bell Rings: - Students report to program

3:40- 4:30 Child Nutrition Afterschool Snack Program

· Snacks are only available to academic enrichment students participant group’s afterschool.

· From Sept. 6-Sept. 16 students will report to Cafeteria for Snack time. Thereafter, beginning Sept. 19^th ,students will report to classroom activity locations.

4:00-4:30pm Homework Help

4:30-5:45pm Activity Session

*5:45pm Students and Teachers will be dismissed by bell. Students will be escorted to front of Coakley Building for Pick up and Bus Rides.

Student Pickup:

Early Pickup- All students will need to be signed out in the front office by authorized adult if picked up before 5:45pm.

6:00pm All ACE students should have departed, students MUST be picked up no later than 6pm.

***Buses will be dismissed by as soon as students are boarded (typically 5:55pm) and should have departed by (6:00pm).
