Olympic Week at Summer ACE was full of energy, excitement, and epic moments!
Our students dove into all things Olympics ā exploring athletes, learning about sportsmanship, and staying active through health and fitness fun.
They wrapped up the week with a fun trip to Creasyās Bowling āwhere they showed off their aim, composure, form, and friendly competitiveness!
From learning to moving, it was all about collaboration, concentration, fun, and going for gold!


This summer, SpawGlass, offered a Construction Camp where students got hands-on training in various skilled trades.
Throughout the camp, students had an opportunity to visit construction sites, work on concrete paths, practice drywall installation, painting, electrical work, carpentry, masonry, and more!

This weekend, our HCISD Middle School Speech Drama and Debate teams competed in Dallas at the Texas Middle School State Tournament against 33 schools and 332 competitors. Congratulations to each and every one of them on their hard work and success.

Our HCISD Ambassadors had the chance to step into the shoes of a "Student for a Day" and experience a day filled with hands-on learning and exciting activities!
From outdoor learning adventures at HCISD Early Childhood Academy, to learning Mandarin Chinese and ASL at Vernon Middle School World Languages Academy, to assembling a computer at Dr. Abraham P. Cano Freshman Academy, it was a day full of new experiences and valuable skills.

Students are diving into mind-blowing experiments with fire, ice, force, resistance, and bubbles, and more!
