    • New to Harlingen CISD - enrolling for the first time or Student was Not Enrolled in the Previous School Year
    • Grades: PK-12
    • Age as of Sept.1
      • PK-4: 4 years old
      • Kinder: 5 years old

    2026-2027 New to District

    • 3 years old as of Sept. 1
    • Application Process:

      • Step 2: Once approved with Headstart, enroll with HCISD.
