Blueprint 2040: A Foundation for the Future
Dear Harlingen CISD Community Member,
At Harlingen CISD, our vision is simple and enduring: Inspiring All Learners for a Lifetime of Success. As we honor the proud traditions that have shaped our schools for generations, we are also looking ahead and asking an important question: what will our students, families, and community need from our schools over the next fifteen years?
That question is at the heart of Blueprint 2040: A Foundation for the Future, a districtwide planning effort to shape the long-term vision for our campuses and learning spaces. This plan will be built with our community, not simply for it. Your voice matters, and we want you at the table.
You are invited to attend our Blueprint 2040 Community Summit, a town hall–style conversation about the future of Harlingen CISD. Together, we will explore what our students should know and be able to do when they graduate, how our learning environments can best prepare them for college, technical school, the military, and the workforce, and what our community values most in the schools of tomorrow.
