MISSION STATEMENT

The Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District Maintenance and Custodial Department is a Customer Service Team serving Students, Parents, HCISD Team Members, Superintendent, School Board and the Community.  Our Goal is to be focused, fast and friendly in supporting HCISD's Vision, Mission and Goals.

GOALS

We will utilize technology and our 24/7/365 Emergency ON CALL TEAM to ensure all HCISD Facilities and Campuses are instructional ready for Staff and Students,

We will review our organizational structure and STAFF TO WIN to ensure HCISD Facilities and Campuses are maintained to expectations.

We will work proactively with community partners (City, HPD, HFD and EMS) and deploy effective technology to ensure a SAFE and SECURE experience for students, staff and community.
